DNA Test

The Longevity DNA Test examines the presence of small variations in individual genes known as polymorphisms, providing deep insights into unique genetic traits. This enables customized strategies for well-being and preventive care across various areas of analysis. Upon receiving the report, a consultation is scheduled where our Longevity Expert reviews and explains the results in detail, offering personalized advice on preferred and avoided foods, specific supplement recommendations, and lifestyle adjustments.

Longevity DNA Test

DNA Complete

Complete test that analyzes more than 130 gene sequences and examines the presence of small variations in individual genes known as polymorphisms, providing deep insights into unique genetic traits. This enables customized prevention strategies and research of psychophysical well-being. Encompasses all aspects covered in the individual components of The Longevity Suite project: Diet, Skin Aging, and Sport.

DNA Diet

The DNA Diet test analyzes the genetic predispositions to intolerances and sensitivities related to nutrition. It identifies specific genes whose variants influence individual responses to certain foods. This test provides insights into food tolerance, lipid and carbohydrate assimilation/metabolism, potential deficiencies in vitamins, antioxidants, and anti-inflammatory substances, as well as indications of predisposition to stress and sleep-wake rhythm dysregulation. Based on individual genetic characteristics, the test identifies metabolic weaknesses that could elevate the risk of certain health conditions compared to the general population (e.g. arteriosclerosis, insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis) if appropriate dietary and lifestyle adjustments are not made.

DNA Sport

The DNA Sport test is designed for athletes, both amateur and competitive, and assesses genetic sequences that influence individual responses to:

  • Power and endurance sports and cardio-pulmonary properties (VO2max);
  • Tolerance to training intensity, cramping, bone health, and the wear of tendons, cartilage, and ligaments in relation to physical activity, focusing on dietary factors affecting sports performance;
  • Inflammation and the requirement for omega-3 supplementation and antioxidants, as well as predisposition to oxidative stress.

DNA Skin Aging

This innovative test is particularly beneficial for tailoring advanced aesthetic programs and identifying cosmeceutical products and supplements tailored to individual needs. The test evaluates skin health and examines genetic sequences related to the individual response to the predisposition to premature skin aging. The predispositions analyzed include:

  • Skin aging – glycation and collagen structure, dermal matrix remodeling;
  • Prevention and anti-aging strategies – inflammation, oxidative stress, and the need for omega-3 and antioxidant supplementation.
